Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy:
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Food items: For health and safety reasons, we do not allow food items to be returned or exchanged. However, in certain cases, we may offer a full or partial refund based on the specifics of the situation (spoilage, incorrect item, etc). We will evaluate eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-food items: If the items were received as damaged, the incorrect item was sent, or you are not satisfied with your purchase of non-food items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. Excepting the case of damaged items, please return the items unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Failure to do so will impact your eligibility for a full return.
- Any purchases made with cash are ineligible for returns/refunds, unless a physical receipt was given at time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
Refund Process
Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming refund eligibility (full, partial, or ineligible) and include additional instructions on how to return the item.
We will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We will issue the refunds only after the items have been returned and received by us.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer service team.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifted Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Note that the same restrictions apply for returned gifts as typical purchase (i.e. no returned food items). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
